We can only sell items in great condition — no stains, holes or heavy wear.
2. Does It Still Have Life in It?
Well-made pieces last longer, resell better and raise more for our projects.
3. Would You Gift It to a Friend?
If it’s something you’d proudly pass on, it’s perfect for donation.
4. Is It Something You’d Buy Second-Hand?
If you’d pick it up in store, someone else will too.

What Makes a Great Donation?
Not all clothes are created equal. The biggest impact comes from pieces that are made to last.
Natural fibres like cotton, wool and linen tend to wear better, resell more easily, and stay in circulation for longer. Well-constructed garments, think strong seams, quality fabrics, and timeless styles are far more likely to find a second life.
By contrast, ultra-fast fashion pieces made from low-grade synthetic materials often don’t hold up. They can be difficult to resell, harder to recycle, and more likely to become waste.
