GoodWeave
GoodWeave is a charity on a mission to stop child labor in global supply chains. The NGO partners with companies and local producer communities to bring visibility to hidden supply chains; protect workers’ rights; provide assurance that products are free of child, forced and bonded labor; and restore childhoods. Traid began working with GoodWeave in 2024 to prevent child labour in textile communities in India and Nepal.

The Grambangla Unnayan Commitee is an NGO in Bangladesh that supports people and children to eradicate poverty and injustice. Traid began working with Grambangla in 2023 to provide educational scholarships to girls working on waste picking sites.

Pesticide Action Network (PAN) UK is a charity that tackles the global problems of using pesticides and promotes safer practices in agricultural, urban and domestic landscapes. Traid began funding PAN UK in 2009 to build and establish the organic cotton sector overseas in Benin and Ethiopia.

Pesticide Action Network (PAN) Ethiopia works with PAN UK to establish Ethiopia’s organic cotton sector and eliminate small holding farmers’ pesticide usage. Traid began funding the work of PAN Ethiopia in 2013 to build higher incomes, safer working conditions and improve the health of cotton and vegetable farmers.

The Beninese Organization for the Promotion of Organic Agriculture (OBEPAB) is an NGO based in Benin that promotes the sustainable development of agricultural production for Beninese farmers and the environment. Traid began funding OBEPAB in 2009 to grow and establish Benin’s organic cotton sector.

Rights Education And Development Centre (READ) is an NGO based in Tamil Nadu, India that supports local communities to create a society where every person has the right to life and dignity. Traid began funding READ in 2021 on a project to improve working conditions for over 25,000 migrant garment workers.

Nagorik Uddyog is an NGO based in Bangladesh that promotes people’s participation and access to democracy, rights, justice and development. Traid began funding the NGO in 2013 on a project to provide safe care and education for over 2,000 children of garment working mothers.
