TRAID’s free home collection service is open and taking bookings.

TRAID will pick up unwanted clothes from your door, and take them direct to the charity, so it’s perfect if you have lots of clothes to donate in one go.

Our friendly drivers will collect donations from you at an agreed time, which means you don’t have to leave them outside. Plus, our vans are TRAID branded so you’ll know it’s us.

This service is currently available in London, Slough, Windsor, Surrey and parts of Hertfordshire including St Albans and Harpenden.

Dates and times we can collect

Our collection times are 16:00 - 21:00 (Mon-Fri) and 09:00 – 14:00 (Sat). This helps the service run as efficiently as possible while reducing our environmental impact. However, if you need a shorter time slot, please call us on 020 8733 2595 to speak with us or send an email to recycling@traid.org.uk and we will be in touch.
