TRAID partners with the Museum of Youth Culture
TRAID is excited to be partnering with the Museum of Youth Culture on their Object Lessons #DYC project. We’ve been working closely with the museum to uncover clothing that holds memories and stories of youth culture, whether that be through a school leaver’s shirt and PE kit, the clothes from a first job or a favourite band t-shirt.
Call for Submissions
Now we want to hear from you! If you would like to share a memorable item from your youth, you can either send us a photo, or if you’re based in London, get in touch and the Museum of Youth Culture will arrange to photograph your item. We look forward to hearing about your youth stories told through the threads you wore along the way!
