1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Traid (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
2.1 The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

3. Promotion Period
3.1 The Closet Clear-Out Prize Draw runs from 1 April to 30 April (the “Promotion Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter
To enter the prize draw, participants must complete both of the following steps during the Promotion Period:
4.1 Donate their clothing items by booking and completing a free home collection with Traid.
4.2 Sign up to Traid’s mailing list.

4.3 No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

5. Prize Details
5.1 The prizes available are: £100, £50 and £25 Traid voucher.

5.2 Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period has ended.
6.2 Winners will be contacted via the email address used to sign up to the mailing list within 30 days of the closing date.
6.3 If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Delivery
7.1 Prizes will be delivered electronically or by post.
7.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect contact details provided by entrants.

8. Data Protection and Marketing
8.1 By entering the prize draw, participants agree to join Traid’s mailing list and receive marketing communications.
8.2 Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
8.3 Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Traid’s privacy policy.

9. General
9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
9.2 The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the prize draw will be final.
