Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Traid, a registered charity (no. 297489) and a company registered in England (no. 2143753), with a registered address at 2 Westlinks, Alperton Lane, Wembley HA0 1E

2. Eligibility

2.1 The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees of Traid, Sokito, their immediate families, agents, affiliates, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.

2.3 By entering this prize draw, participants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize they may win.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The promotion opens at 00:01 BST on 22 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 31 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, participants must successfully book a free Traid home collection via the Traid website during the Promotion Period.

4.2 Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the prize draw upon completion of a valid collection booking during the Promotion Period.

4.3 No purchase is necessary to enter.

4.4 Only one entry per household/address will be permitted during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of collection bookings made.

4.5 Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, generated by automated means, or otherwise not compliant with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

There are five (5) prizes available to be won:

• One (1) pair of Sokito football boots signed by Millie Bright.
• One (1) pair of Sokito football boots signed by William Troost-Ekong.
• One (1) £100 TRAID shopping voucher.
• Two (2) £50 TRAID shopping vouchers.

6. Prize Conditions

6.1 The signed boots are supplied by Sokito and are provided as signed memorabilia items.

6.2 The Promoter cannot guarantee specific boot sizes, models, colours, or personalisation.

6.3 Traid shopping vouchers are redeemable only in participating TRAID stores and are subject to any terms stated on the voucher.

6.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

7. Winner Selection

7.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

7.2 The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.

7.3 Five winners will be selected in total.

8. Winner Notification

8.1 Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided when booking their collection.

8.2 Winners will be notified within 14 days of the draw taking place.

8.3 If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days of notification, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Publicity

9.1 The Promoter may request that winners participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion.

9.2 Participation in publicity is voluntary and is not a condition of accepting a prize.

10. Data Protection

10.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed by Traid for the purposes of administering the prize draw and awarding prizes.

10.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance of any prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

11.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. General

12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

12.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or withdraw the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12.3 The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.

12.4 A list of winners’ surnames and counties will be available for 30 days following the draw by sending a request to the Promoter. Entrants may object to their information being published by contacting the Promoter prior to the closing date. The Promoter may still be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

12.5 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
