Thank you for participating in the Traid Treasures silent auction. By bidding in this auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Auction Dates

• The Traid Treasures Silent Auction will begin on Thursday, 10th October at 12:00 PM and will close on Thursday, 31st October at 11:55 PM . All bids must be placed before the auction closing time to be considered valid.

2. Auction Format

• This is a silent auction, which means that bids are submitted privately and will not be visible to other bidders. The highest bid submitted for each item by the end of the auction will be considered the winning bid.

3. Item Condition

• All items are sold as seen. No warranties or guarantees are provided regarding the condition of the items, and descriptions or images provided are for informational purposes only. View auction items in-person across all Traid store window displays until Thursday 31st October.

4. Bidding Process

• To participate, bidders must ensure they provide accurate contact and payment information when submitting bids.
• Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their bid is submitted correctly and on time. Traid is not responsible for technical issues, missed bids, or any problems arising from the submission process.

5. Winning Bids

• The highest bid received for each item at the close of the auction will be deemed the winning bid.
• Winners will be notified via email within 5 working days after the auction closes. Payment for winning items must be completed within 5 business days of notification.
• Failure to provide payment within the allotted time may result in forfeiture of the item, and the item may be offered to the next highest bidder.

6. Payment & Collection

• Payment must be made in full via the approved methods provided upon notification. Items will only be released once full payment is received.
• Traid will post auction items to the winners.

7. No Returns or Exchanges

• All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances.

8. No Resales

• Items purchased through the Traid Treasures Silent Auction are intended for personal use or gifting only. Reselling of items is strictly prohibited.

9. Auction Disputes

• In the case of any disputes regarding bids, items, or payment, the decision of the Traid Treasures auction team will be final.

10. Liability

• Traid Treasures shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or other issues arising from participation in the auction or use of the items purchased. All bidders participate at their own risk.
