TRAID’s free home collections service is open and taking bookings. All TRAID’s services are risk assessed in line with Government Guidance to  limit the spread of Covid-19 and to protect our staff and customers. We very much look forward to welcoming you safely back.

TRAID offers free home collections picking up unwanted clothes direct from your door, direct to the charity. It’s the ultimate in convenience as pick ups are scheduled to suit and it’s perfect if you have lots of clothes to donate in one go.

Our friendly drivers will collect donations from you at an agreed time which means you don’t have to leave them outside. Plus, our vans are branded with TRAID’s charity livery so you know it’s us. This service is currently available in London, Slough, Windsor, Surrey and parts of Hertfordshire including St Albans and Harpenden.

Our collection times are 16:00 - 21:00 (Mon-Fri) and 09:00 – 14:00 (Sat). This helps the service run as efficiently as possible while reducing our environmental impact.
