23 percent logo and heart


In September 2018 we launched the ‘23% Campaign’ that encouraged Londoner’s to look into their wardrobes and pass on the clothes they no longer wear using Traid’s free home collection service.

In just one year, the campaign saw Londoner’s pass over 1 million items (258 tonnes) of reusable clothing to Traid, saving 412,800,000 litres of water and 2,451 tonnes of CO2!

Taking Stock

In 2019 we launched our ‘Taking Stock’ campaign to highlight and differentiate between private commercial textile banks and charity-led textile banks.

Our YouGov commissioned survey found that 88% of people prefer to use textile banks run by a charity and 79% of people think local councils should award all textile bank contracts to charities.
